Our client is now looking for an engaged Sales Consultant to strengthen their team in Personal Safety.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, train store staff, and drive sales of products such as respiratory, welding, and hearing protection.

Brief information about the position:

• Location: Gothenburg (hybrid)
• Employment type: Consulting assignment (fixed-term employment) via Lernia Staffing & Recruitment
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Duration of assignment: Until the end of 2025
• Travel: Up to 90% within the area of responsibility

About the position

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening relationships with distributor store staff. By understanding their needs and challenges, you will train and guide them to maximize the sales of the company's products. Your work will also include ensuring optimal product presentation in the store environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store staff at distributors.
• Understanding the training needs of stores and identifying growth opportunities.
• Presenting and demonstrating the benefits of the products in an educational and convincing manner.
• Ensuring that store staff have the right knowledge and tools to sell the products.
• Working to ensure that products are displayed in the best way in stores.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

About you

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, communicative, and has a good understanding of sales within the personal protective or industrial sector. You thrive in a role where you can combine training and consulting with active sales.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience/knowledge in personal protective equipment or industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build trust and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the area of responsibility.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience in technical or engineering environments.
• Commercial business sense and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic work environment.
• A proactive and networking approach.
